This is the horizon. Who knew the sky could host these clouds? Never mind the apprehension. Save face to spite myself. My condition escapes me. I can't read a foreign tongue. And all I see are the pedals, as the thorns pierce my skin.
And I've turned a blind eye to that which I've not forgotten. Must I break to shed myself? The silence- it deafens me. As I watch those close to me mourn. I can't be so far inside myself that I have forgotten how to reach.
